The Mother House Membership Association Agreement

(A Private Contract Membership Association)

I freely accept membership in The Mother House Membership Association (hereinafter “Association”), a private spiritual fellowship governed under Natural Law. Membership is free and open to all who feel called and aligned with the frequency of The Mother House. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I am entering into a private relationship with other members of the Association.

I agree to act in alignment with the Mission of The Mother House:

To honor the wisdom of Mother Gaia and her elemental children by offering soul-centered healing that bridges the physical and spiritual realms. Through the integration of ancient practices, modern knowledge, and heart-centered guidance, we empower individuals to rediscover their inner magic, embrace eternal healing, and reconnect with the profound love and balance of the natural world.

The Association exists to support members in reclaiming their natural birthrights and choosing freely how to care for their own body, mind, and spirit. It serves as a sanctuary for education, healing, and spiritual sovereignty. Each member assumes personal responsibility for their well-being and choices.

All services offered within the Association are spiritual, energetic, and educational in nature. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. Participation is entirely voluntary and private.

Tracy Constantine, RN, and Holistic Guide with The Mother House is not a licensed massage therapist. All bodywork offered is provided solely within the context of spiritual and energetic support.

This agreement affirms that I am choosing to operate in the private domain, where all exchanges are confidential and governed by mutual respect. I agree not to share any content, information, or personal experiences from within the Association with the public or any outside entity.

Should any disputes arise, the Association agrees to seek resolution privately through mediation and, if needed, arbitration by a neutral board selected by all parties.

I affirm that I have read, understood, and freely consent to the private terms of this agreement.

The Mother House Membership Association and The Mother House Fellowship assert all rights. No public entity, agency, or official may access or use the contents, services, or private exchanges of this Association without written permission. Violations will incur liability in both personal and official capacity.
